inc vat calls/texts bills this month

A small number of customers that have VAT inclusive billing and have charges for calls/texts this month would have received an invoice that showed the VAT inclusive total for calls and texts and then added VAT again.

The actual invoice total as shown on the statement is correct and any direct debit is correct. The invoice was formatted incorrectly.

If you have one of these invoices, you can get the correct version from the on-line accounts or ask the accounts department to send you a new copy.
