20CN BT Native IPv6 bug fix

Seeing as there was nobody on the L2TP router for 20CN broadband users today (!) we took the opportunity to upgrade it to the latest version with the work around for the BT bug affecting native IPv6 traffic (which we have been testing for specific customers for some time). As such all customers using native IPv6 on our 20CN lines should work now.
