Free peak usage topup

We appreciate that yesterday's outage was very inconvenient, and even though it was fixed well within our target fault repair times we have decided to provide a free peak usage allowance top up on all 20CN lines as a good will gesture.

The topup is the same as your tariff, so Max-A customers are getting 1GB topup, Max-C get 3GB, and so on. We think this is fair as the Max-A customers are typically residental and so were generally unaffected by the outage where as those with high peak usage allowances are businesses that were more severely affected. This topup will be on top of your normal usage allowance and continue to the end of next month as usual with a topup.
