More network capacity

As you are aware we occasionally have busy days - like when Microsoft do an update. Today is busy (everyone back from work I guess) and that is not ideal for performance of the network. Or monitoring can be quite sensitive to this and show red on the graphs.

Just to confirm we have a significant number of lines moving off the busy BT central links to 21CN this month and many more next month (around another 10% of customers over the next 8 weeks or so). By end of April we expect over 40% of all customers to be on 21CN and not on the busy BT central links.

As such things will only get better, and soon...

We are, as we have been for some time, deliberately delaying any marketing activity until we are happy we have comfortably enough capacity for additional customers.
