Because of the ongoing concerns over swine flu, any staff that have any symptoms are being advised to stay at home by doctors. This means we are short staffed in both tech support and accounts departments today. Please bear with us when calling, and try to raise non-urgent issues by email, sms or irc instead.
We are getting additional temporary staff in to cover covers where possible.

Update: Various staff off for several days at a time have meant the last couple of weeks have been busy, but it looks like things are coming back to normal.
